2021 Troxellian Literary Awards: The Nominees



It's time once again for a completely unnecessary end-of-year book award blog post!!!


I read some excellent books this year. Unfortunately, I've forgotten half of them in the fog of the pandemic. I honestly can't remember most of what happened or what I did the first half of the year. We were still heavy into the pandemic, most people weren't vaccinated yet, and I was slogging through working from home with the rest of the country. Sometimes I have to remind myself that the year 2020 even happened at all!


Anyways, this is the ninth annual awards for the (drum roll ... ) TROXELLIAN LITERATURE AWARDS! I rate all the books I've read over the past year and give them fake awards that make sense to me and no one else. That includes adult fiction, YA, graphic novels, and non-fiction. Some are new, some are old, some are bestsellers, and some are definitely not. It doesn't matter. They all get dumped into the same cage to duke it out for literary supremacy.
